Holistic and Client-Centered Treatment Philosophy:

Yonit’s treatment philosophy is deeply rooted in a holistic and client-centered approach. She believes that each client brings valuable knowledge of their own body, and she collaborates closely with them to ensure that their personal goals and needs are addressed throughout their recovery journey.

She views each person as a whole—mind, body, and spirit—and provides tailored treatment that not only restores physical function but also nurtures mental and emotional health.

Testimonials

"I am a 59-year-old woman living with mental health issues. I live with trauma and
could not comprehend having someone touch me. Yonit took it slow, talking with me
and working around me fears and anxiety. She takes an interest in my life and sees
me wholistically, not just as a body to heal. I am grateful that I have an NDIS
package that enables Yonit to support me once a week. I live with muscle weakening
and pain along my back, hips, legs, knees and ankles. I appreciate the work Yonit
does with me to ease the pain and strengthen my muscles. She gives me exercises
to do. I try to do them but some days I forget. Following sessions with Yonit, I am
more able to move and feel less pain. Yonit has a special energy, that creates a
healing heat. I also love talking with Yonit about other movement therapies and I
hope to join an anxiety workshop with dance movement class in the future."
